Disconnect and lag problem is too much

I Dc every 5-10 minutes and lag every 3 or so, its quite bad

i dont have any lag or dcs problems this is the best private server i ever played with no lag and ad i think its is becoz u live so far from the server think that is why some ppl have lag and dc i had the same problem on indo servers

yeah i just started and i am getting dc's like it isn't nothing, like every few mins. this is really getting annoying.
