Elven Launchers

Elven doesn't drop the launcher atm in this version I know strikers will QQ bout it in the future

Elvens weren't supposed to be in game until the next level cap increase. Must of completely forgotten to remove them. Next server restart they will be removed. The elven launcher will be added in game along with the rest of the elvens when the level 55 cap is reached.

Great job feeding one race a huge power increase and screwing the others. If the mistake was made it should be left in, now the other races don't even have their chance to pull even. Yes they got it first, yes they did things right, so they then get huge tools for lvling, 1. the weapon 2. the race buff 3. cb buff. That at the start of the server is everything. Should just keep them in so we can have the fun over fighting for it.

How about you keep elvens in because Accretians got them first then when us cora go and try to do them you take them out. Really? That's screwing the other races .

Either that or just go ahead and increase the cap to 55 because It only takes one day to get 50 anyways.

BTW, the second time we killed elven launchers did drop. Only the first was bugged with the old loot template
