55 specs need B excelsiors and a area like in ether , i was thinking making the passars in elan drop B types or some monster that drops b types

any idea what mobs? I was killing stuff in OCL looking for int 60 armor drops but didn't come across any int 60 weaps/armors or the excelsBs

Fang splinter and black crow warbeast drop them. 60 Armors are only in elven.
