pts at 99/99 but buffs not gm

as the title my basic is 99/99 but my buffs are at 94 and 92% is there a way to sort this?

always gm buffs before it gets high or youll be gimp and having ot use +1 skill rings to buff

Yep, that's right. I saved him! It barely went from 93/99 to 94/99 to make 3 buffs GM from early lvl 6. If i didn't notice it soon enough i would be bitting my monitor at the moment Evil or Very Mad
